AP Budget to be Presented on July 12th:- Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram clarified that the state's budget will be presented on July 12th after the Assembly sessions start on July 11th. The Speaker held a review meeting with the Chief Secretary LV Subramanyam along with other Principal Secretaries and department heads. He wanted all the arrangements to be made for the budget sessions in Andhra Pradesh Assembly.

The state's Finance Minister Buggana Rajendra Prasad will introduce the state's budget in the Assembly. Before this AP Chief Minister, YS Jaganmohan Reddy met ESL Narasimhan and briefed him about the budget sessions. He also revealed about the plans to shift Godavari waters to Rayalaseema, Prakasham, Nellore and Srisailam along with other districts of Telangana. YS Jagan also spoke about the Polavaram project with Governor. The budget is likely to come up with major allocations for Navarathnalu scheme and focus on farmer welfare, pensions, and housing schemes for the poor.
