BJP Plans to Defame YS Jagan in Andhra Pradesh: BJP has been in plans to make their impact down South after forming the government at the Centre. The leading party performed badly across Telugu states and is in plans to rope in prominent leaders and prepare for the 2024 polls. After their drift with TDP, YSRCP seemed close to BJP and YS Jaganmohan Reddy met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi several times after forming the government in the state. A bunch of leaders from TDP and Congress joined BJP and are quite active in the state.

The recent happenings clearly indicate that BJP is on a strict stand of attacking YSRCP and AP Government. BJP has taken the Christian faith of YS Jagan and targeted his government. Kanna Lakshmi Narayana, the chief of BJP targeted Jagan and BJP social media wing accused YSRCP for misusing the power for missionary activities. The BJP was quick to label Jagan ‘anti-Hindu’ for failing to light a lamp at an event in the US. BJP, on the whole, has been quite active to attack YS Jagan and his government which is an indication that BJP is here to defame them for a strong role in the upcoming polls.
