R.K. Chandolia, former aide of the main accused in the 2G Spectrum scam Mr. A Raja, today tried to implicate corporate lobbyist Nira Radia, Tata Sky DTH and Aseervatham Achary, a close associate of Raja for the last 12 years saying that there were cover deals among them.
Setting out his arguments through his counsel in the Special CBI Court of Mr OP Saini, Chandolia said that Achary was a conduit of Raja for the last 12 years who tried to bring Kalaignar TV on a Tata Sky DTH bouquet.
Alleging that Achary negotiated the deals with Nira Radia and Tatas on behalf of the Kalaignar TV and A. Raja, Chandolia asked the court why they were not jailed.
“I only acted as per the orders of my master Raja but why not you make the Tatas, Radia, Achary and Kalaignar TV also accused in the case? I have no involvement in the matter but I am in jail and they have big involvement but they are out of jail. Why?” Chandolia asked.
