Libyan liberation - This war has twists and turns

Libyan liberation This war has twists and turnsLibya is going through one of the dire phases of history. The war seems to be fiercely combated by both the sides while each side claiming being on the verge of victory. Gaddafi’s where bouts still at large.
Saif al-islam, Col. Gaddhafi’s eldest son, proclaimed by the rebels being arrested, has addressed a press meet at Rixos hotel on Tuesday morning. He was very optimistic about the continuance of the Gaddaafi regime and suppressing the rebels. He was unperturbed about the International Criminal Court indictment, on him, on war charges.

The international communities from across the globe have urged the Pro Gaddafi forces to stop fighting to avoid further bloodshed. But the Gaddafi supporters claim that the western forces must stop interfering with the Libyan affairs. Otherwise they feel Libya will be a war zone for decades. Nato which was supposed to save the innocent civilians was shielding the rebels, they added. They said Nato had bought the war to the streets of Tripoli making it a civil war.

On the other hand the members of the National Transitional Council (NTC) in Benghazi say they plan to fly to the capital on Wednesday to start work on forming a new government. Rebel leader, Mustafa Abdul Jalil, announced that the fight is almost over and 95% of Tripoli was in their control.

In the mean time the International Organisation of Migration was planning to move foreign nationals out of the country by sea. IOM has appealed to both the armies to ensure people to leave safe.

Pro Gaddhafi supporters feel that the war had different agenda for different people across the globe. Their main ambition is to steal Libya’s wealth and get access to Libyan Oil.

On the whole scenes at Tripoli suggest the place is in a big mess. There is a fear still across the people’s mind whether the Rebels will succeed, or not. But after months of living in fear the people are liberally speaking to their kith and kin across the globe on their mobiles, an unthinkable luxury in the past.

Only time can give solution to the issue and solve all the mysteries as to whether the Rebels or the Forces win this war of uncertainty.
