It is true that the Chauvinists say that man can go to any extent to achieve his goal, whether good or bad. But a bizarre incident unearthed by the Mumbai police brought a shady affair of a married woman, who allegedly plotted with the lover to get rid of her husband, who stood between their freedoms.

As per police sources, on Sunday night, cops found the body of Usman (tailor), a resident of Mahim, on the Matunga Bridge that connects central and western railway lines. Based on the interrogations the whole illicit affair sprang up. The tailors wife Ujma, had an illicit affair with her employer, a catering contractor, Surmani Hatale. On Sunday the lovers along with a friend, Ravi Mishra designed a strategy to do away with Usman.

As per plan Mishra and Hatale invited Usman to a friendly chat, and the trio boarded a train towards Matunga.  While crossing the Matunga Bridge, Hatale and his friend stabbed Usman with a knife eight times, and fled after killing him. They also informed Ujma that the work was done.

Police who unraveled the plot after securing sound evidence arrested the three for murdering Usman.
