Woman professor dispatched anthrax parcel to Pakistan PM's office

On Wednesday February 1 Pakistan Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani spokesman Akram Shahidi said that in the month of October a tiny pack of dangerous anthrax powder has been dispatched to the Pakistan prime minister office.As the security team who became cautious of the tiny pack, So thereafter with the lab testing, it came to know that it was anthrax.
Infact there were no unavoidable incidents took place.As the parcel was mailed from the town of Jamshoro in the southern Pakistani province of Sindh.
Well after it came to know that a woman university professor from southern Sindh province dispatched the parcel.
Right away it could not be confirmed that the woman university professor had been taken into custody.
Earlier, police officials in Islamabad had said the parcel was sent to the premier’s secretariat about 20 days ago.
Though the Taliban and other militant groups have carried out scores of bombings and suicide attacks in recent years, there have been no reported instances of them using letters or parcels with poisonous materials like anthrax.
