Yeddy says he would not join Cong

Karnataka former chief minister Yedyurappa is maintaining silence on his political future. It's known that this BJP leader has been reportedly unhappy with the high command ever since he was removed as the chief minister. In fact, he also tried to destabilize the government of Gowda with the help of MLAs of his camp. He, however, deferred that idea after CBI’s inquiry came in as a shock to Yedyurappa. It may be recalled that the Supreme Court ordered CBI inquiry on Yedyurappa on the alleged irregularities in mining. In connection with the same, the CBI has even raided the residences of Yeddy in Bangalore, Shimoga and other parts of the country. Meanwhile, Yeddy applied for anticipatory bail.

When asked Yeddy if he had plans to join the Congress, Yedyurappa reportedly said he would never ever join the Congress party.  May be Yeddy earlier had plans of joining the Congress party but now that CBI is grilling him, it looks like he will continue his stay in the party.
