The Supreme Court on Thursday quashed the review plea filed by Aarushi’s parents to quash the ongoing trail on them in Aarushi-Hemraj murder case. It is known that the CBI, which is probing the case, has found Rajesh and Nupul Talwar (parents of Aarsushi) as the accused in the twin murder case. The CBI sleuths have even said that it was an honour killing. The officials even elucidated the court as to how Rajesh Talwar picked up a golf stick and hit Aarushi after she was found in a compromising position with the domestic help Hemraj.

The Ghaziabad Court has been trying this case.  While the apex court turned down the petition to quash the trials, the high court dismissed the bail plea of Nupur Talwar. Therefore trials will continue on Talwars and Nupur Talwar will remain in Dasna jail.

The CBI counsel Rajiv Nanda has told the media that Talwars should file a fresh bail petition before the Supreme Court challenging the High Court’s order. Besides murder charges, Talwars are facing the charges of destruction of evidence in Aarushi-Hemraj murder case.
