The presidential candidate Sangma, who is backed by BJP, seemed to have failed to draw support from his state as Meghalaya chief minister Mukul Sangma termed PA Sangma as a failure in the state level politics. Being a tribal leader, Sangma's contribution to tribals was nothing, added the chief minister. The chief minister, to make a point, asked people to visit Sangma's native village and find out the facts.
