Parents outrightly deny the HRD report submitted to the Prime Minister's Office which insinuated that the mother allowed the 10 year old child, allegedly forced to drink her urine for bedwetting in Visva Bharati University, to be treated for bedwetting by shock treatment.
HRD has filed a report of two pages with the events of the incident in detail in which they had described the talk between the warden and her mother. The report states that the mother and the warden discussed abou the problem of her child's bedwetting. She also asked the warden to help in the issue and do anything she could to prevent it, if need be even shock treatment.
However, the parents ruled out the HRD's claims by stating the were rubbish. They argued that no parent would even adopt a measure like 'shock treatment' to get rid of the problem of bedwetting. The report was merely a false allegation. They claimed that the warden never took any permission too.
They also said that this wans't the first time the warden tried to do it. She was unsuccesful twice in her previous attempts and the child hesitated to let her parents know of the issue.
University officials have asked the parents to send thier daughter to school but the child was scared and so were the parents.
