Bizzare advices were not a new thing to Shivpal Yadav the PWD minister for Uttar Pradesh. He had recently made to the news with his awkward advice saying that it was okay to steal from the funds a little if you work hard.

Talking to the district officials he said that stealing a little is not a problem if you work really hard and also not behave like dacoits though.

Earlier last month he has made taken an equally bohemian way to prevent the unlawful slaughtering of cows. He suggested that people go for the meat from Nilgai instead of killing the cows which are sacred to billions of Hindus in the country.

"Don't butcher cows, there are plenty of Nilgai, anyone can kill them. They taste good when made into kebabs," he said.
