Teen arrested for killing Sikh in Wisconsin

A Milwaukee teen, 16 years old had been charged for killing Dalbir Singh in an attempted robbery in Wisconsin. The 65 year old victim was also a member of the Oak Creek gurudwara where recently six worshipers were mercilessly killed on August  5th by one Wade Page, an army veteran and a white supremacist.

Deangelo Williams, the accused had shot and killed Dalbir Singh at the Harmony Food Store where he was helping his nephew, Jatinder Singh, owner of the store, run it. The incident happened on Wednesday at around 9:15 pm as reported by a local TV station TMJ4.
Both of them were in the store when the criminal had pointed a gun at Jatinder. They both made a move to the backside of the store to protect themselves but the perpetrator had shot through the door and had hit Dalbir Singh in his head, bringing him down to the ground immediately.
Jatinder Singh has said that  the criminal was in the store earlier that evening but had not bought anything from the store. A photo array had confirmed Jatinder's statement.

William was charged with first-degree reckless homicide with use of a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon. With such charges, William could face a term in jail for as long as 75 years.

Williams also had a previous history of robbery in June. The county district Attorney's office had confirmed that Williams was arrested.
