Raj Thackeray is "sir phira": Nitish Kumar

Nitish Kumar, the Chief Minister of Bihar called the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena Supremo Raj Thackeray a "sir phira" referring to his "deranged and insane" statement against the Biharis calling them "infiltrators" into Mumbai.

Criticizing Raj, he also said that his statements make a mockery out of the government of Maharashtra and the Center.

He said, "If these governments cannot take on such a person, it is anybody's guess how they would tackle the bigger threat of terrorism," pouting his anger. Pointing out at the Congress, which had not taken any action against him, Nitish said "It appears the state government has outsourced governance ." He added that the government is not taking up responsibilities anymrore.

He made the comments while talking at a press conference at the JD(U). He said that no person reserved the rights to throw any person from Bihar or anywhere else out of Mumbai. "Nobody on earth can do this and play with the dignity of Biharis, or for that matter Indians", he said.
