The celebrations of Dasara have already begun in the city while the devout believers are flocking to temples. One anonymous person has shown magnanimity in his offerings to the god on the occassion of Navaratri during Dasara. He has donated a pure gold sare which weighs 3 kilos to embellish the idol of Durga mata.

The word has spread and several people are paying visit to the Mahalaxmi temple in the city to catch a glimpse of this rare ornament which has added more sparkle to the idol than any other ornament earlier.
