United States on Friday clearly sent a warning to North Korea asking it not to continue the nuclear testing or such provocative steps. There were reports from some intelligence that there was a launchpad being readied for a long range missile firing in Pyongyang.
Earlier media reports point out that North Korea, DPRK, has told China about its plans for further nuclear tests. The State Department Spokeswoman has said that such movies would "lead to more isolation."
Victoria Nuland, also said, "The United States calls on the DPRK to refrain from additional provocative actions that would violate its international obligations and run counter to its commitments," talking to the journalists.
"We encourage the North Koreans to live up to their international obligations, abandon their nuclear program and work with the rest of the international community to become a responsible member of the international community," UN Council said.
Though this fair warning might not be just enough if Korea is planning something at the site in Pyongyang which has been developing rapidly since the recent calamity. If it is a launchpad, which is speculated to be ready by 2016, reports of the long range missile would be a global threat.
