On Tuesday, Nine people were killed in the plane crash in Sana'a a Yemeni newspaper and that the Passers-by were among the nine dead after the military plane hit three buildings and crashed in the city, Al-Masdar.

According to Interior Ministry spokesman Mohammed al-Mawry, the accident occurred during a training exercise which hit two houses in the al-Qadissiya district. He also added that the pilot was also killed in the crash but Mawry did not give a reason for the crash but said military experts were investigating the incident.

Ahmed Fathi, who was an eyewitness said that he saw five burnt bodies taken away by an ambulance while also said two houses were completely destroyed in the crash and that people were still believed to be under the demolished substance.

As a matter of fact, the neighbourhood is close to the main city square that was the epicentre of Yemen’s uprising and protests in the past two years.

According to the Medical officials, who were not authorised to talk to the media were speaking  anonymously that the civilians killed in the crash included three women, two children and four men while they also said there were more victims under the demolished substance.

It's really unfortunate that so many innocent people were killed!
