On Saturday, Former Maldives President Mohamed Nasheed left the Indian High Commission in Male, after he took refuge there for 11 days.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, Mr. Nasheed left the High Commission premises at 4.15 p.m. IST, while it added that India hoped that with this development the former President will again resume his social and political life.
