A CD of the sting operation that was conducted by the journalist Anuranjan from Media Sarkar was handed over to the Election Commission on Friday as EC asked the media to hand it over before 5.00 pm.

Aam Admi party asked the media to give that footage to it.  But the request was rejected by the media telling that the unedited footage will only be given to EC.

The sting operation was conducted to record evidence to the collections of the donations for the Aam Admi Party by the contestant Shazia for Delhi State elections without taking the details of the donor.

Aam Admi party headed by Arvind Kejriwal was a happy chief of the party till the elections were announced in Delhi. Soon after the nominations were filed for contesting the elections, many things are being unearthed pertaining to the party’s affairs.

One of them is irregularity in the collection of party funds as stated by the Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde some time back that some complaints were received to that effect.

Arvind Kejriwal is also blamed for misusing the funds collected at the time of Anna Hazare’s fasting at Jantar Mantar in 2011 when Kejriwal was working with Anna at that time.
