Veteran film maker, writer of Telugu Cinema, also the father of famous producer Shyam Prasad Reddy, has published his book, recently by the name ‘Idee Na Ishtam’, that features the good and bad side of the people whom he know and met in the industry. In one of his pages, the writer commented very negative on Jr. N.T.R. the summary of the comment is somewhat like this, ‘Jr. N.T.R is one of the selfish people, whom I met in my life. I have given the first opportunity to him by casting him for the role of Rama, in my film ‘Baala Raamayanam.
Today, he has grown as a Big Hero, so, his attitude. I was narrating a Story to him; meanwhile, one of my friends from the industry, Subbi Rami Reddy has arrived to meet me. I did not want Reddy to wait, and instead asked Jr. N.T.R to give me 5 minutes, to complete the meeting with Subbi Raami Reddy. Later, post my meeting with Reddy, that did not last more than 10 minutes, I searched for Jr. N.T.R. I came to know, he has left my office saying that he is a Big Hero, and it is not necessary for him to wait’.
It is not that I am in favor of anyone amongst M.S. Reddy or Jr. N.T.R, but after reading this I felt, no one is 100% correct, even Veteran film maker like M.S. Reddy might also made mistakes in his life. What if some other person from the industry, writes a book, and mentions the bad side of M.S. Reddy tomorrow?
