International pop icon Lady Gaga reached here and greeted her Indian fans with 'namaste'. She is here to perform as a part of F1 Grand Prix, at Noida, Buddh International Circuit (BIC). "I am finally here + what a dream come true. Performing at Formula 1 in INDIA, and my first day here I reached #15millionmonsters," Gaga posted on micro-blogging site Twitter after reaching New Delhi.

Simple yet elegant - Lady Gaga chose to leave her bizarre dressing style back home for her first formal appearance here Friday. She wore a one-shoulder gown by an Indian designer, added the desi twist with a tricolour hairdo, and greeted the audience with a confident "Namaste".

The inaugural Formula One race in the country promises to exhilarate even those who aren't fans of motor sports as pop diva Lady Gaga is all set to make her India debut on October 30 when she will be performing at the closing ceremony of the 2011 Formula 1 Airtel Indian Grand Prix. The multi-award winning American heavy metal band Metallica had already reached, getting ready for their maiden performance in India, during the inaugural F1 event as a part of F1 Rocks, the series of global live music events staged alongside F1 races across the world.
