Wishesh wishes our Superstar Rajnikanth – A happy Birthday

Superstar Rajinikanth is celebrating his 62nd birthday today and this time it's a day of thanksgiving for millions of his fans as they celebrate his near-total recovery from kidney-related ailment. The most versatile style icon of Indian cinema has enjoyed a mark of respect from the entire film fraternity across the nation.

Respected by all and shunned by none has been the Thalaivar’s strength till today. Setting a trend in character and spelling the ways to lead a life have been the superstar’s contributions of knowledge to his fans.

From Amitabh to Shahrukh, Chiranjeevi to Ram Charan, Kamal to Vijay all of them respect him and admire him. What else this great man needs, needless to say he is the heart beat of millions of fans across the globe.

From Balachander’s 'Apoorva Raagangal' (1975), to Robo (2010) Rajni Sir made every effort to show that the medium was more important than the actor, still won accolades as the sole driver for commercial gains.

The Superstar has forayed into the major languages of Indian Cinema and held his contemporaries awe struck over success repeated success at the box office.

Sweet memories of Rajni Sir are many but let me list a few for my satisfaction as how much ever I say, it is much lesser to the persona of the Superstar.

•    Veteran Tamil Director S.P. Muthuraman made Rajnikanth a hero of the masses.
•    Versatile Director Mani Rathinam made him a part of the multi star venture (multi-lingual too) in which Rajni sir shares screen space with Malayalam Superstar Mammooty in Dhalapathy. Mammooty was all praise for the artiste’s simplicity and discipline.
•    Superstar’s hundredth film was Sri Raghavendra, was a different film of the genre.
•    Superstar’s `Muthu’ was dubbed into Japanese and went on to reap success.
•    Brilliant Director Shankar made Endhiran (ROBO) with him and that set a revolution of technology playing the key role in Indian cinema.
•    Superstar’s `Baba’, showed the outlook of the thalaivar, towards life.

Rajni Sir you are today younger by a year as millions of us pray for your long happy life and wish to see you on screen to have the entertainment move on & on
