Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor is smoking in front of camera as the character in Heroine film demands her to do the bold act. Yes, Madhur Bhandarkar's upcoming flick-Heroine is portrayed as a chain smoker.  Kareena Kapoor told our sources that she hates smoking to the core but had no option. In fact, she even reportedly said that too much smoking in the film was bugging her up. But, poor Kareena has no other option. And, you never know, she might get another national award for this film given the fact that Madhur Bhandarkar is known for making different films with great subjects that often hold mirror up to the society and that too without missing to add a pinch of commercialism. Be it Page 3 movie or Fashion movie, both films by Bhandarkar’s that threw focus on the fields of fourth estate and fashion industry respectively were commercially successful and even hailed by the critics.

So, chances are very bright that Kareena’s role in Heroine will evoke good response. For Kareena Kapoor, this role won't be a hard nut to crack either as she already labeled herself as one of the good actresses in Bollywood and she was even appreciated for her bold role in Chameli movie.

Meanwhile, the tease of this film is apparently not going to contains the shots of Kareena Kapoor smoking and drinking although Madhur reportedly said he wanted to include some most powerful shots of the film in the teaser.
