New Headaches for Congress ahead of RS polls

Congress party in Andhra Pradesh is struggling continuously with problems. Leaders who said that they would abide by decision of party on Telangana issue have defied the party and are openly criticizing it. Now with Rajya Sabha polls ahead, Congress MLAs are expressing their displeasure.

AP incharge Digvijay Singh has already started the work to calm down MLAs and other important leaders of Seemandhra region. It is said that Congress has its own strategy to make its MLAs come their way and the steps will be taken accordingly

In another option, Congress is also looking for alliance so that it would field more number members in Rajya Sabha polls. Antony committee will look after the alliance with other parties, but currently no party is interested in teaming up with Congress. TRS is waiting for the T-Bill to be placed in Parliament then they want to give an assurance about alliance.

Meanwhile it is heard that Seemandhra Congress leaders who will be attending AICC meeting on 17th in New Delhi are likely to raise their voice in favor of United Andhra Pradesh. They opine that AICC resolutions are more important than Congress Working Committee (CWC) and so they are pulling up the socks and gathering members who are against bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.

The coming days are going to be even more harder for Congress party.
