The significance of World AIDS Day is, it is helpful in reminding the society and the government, that HIV is still there and so there is a need to raise money, increase awareness, fight prejudice and improve education.

What to do on World AIDS day?

Wearing a red ribbon on this day, symbolizes your support to the AIDS or HIV affected people. It is even used as a good opportunity to raise the funds for NAT (National AIDS Trust)

However, not sticking to the single day, it would be better if the momentum is carried throughout the year and thus support the AIDS patients, by making them live a normal life, others are living.
