TRS chief Mr K. Chandrasekhara Rao today warned the Centre not to test the patience of Telangana people by delaying the decision on formation of Telangana state.
Addressing the activists of the Maha Dharna at the Indira Park organized by the Telangana employees who have been on strike for the last 29 days, KCR said the Telangana people have been fast losing out their patience and a quick decision is needed on Telangana.
When the entire Telangana is on the boil, the Centre has been killing time in the name of talks and discussions to find a solution, he said, adding that there is no question of going back on the strike.
Asking the Telangana employees not to worry about their future and jobs, he said the Chief Minister will pay the price if he tries to sabotage the mass general strike. “We will not resort to violence and the agitation will continue peacefully even if the Government tries to trap us,” he said.
KCR said that the AP is vertically divided into two regions and there is a mental gap now between the people of the two areas. “So, there is no question of the people living together any more,” observed KCR.
