Armed with a hard cash of Rs. 500 Cr of black money, Jagan seems to have decided to topple the government by buying the congress MLAs for an amount of Rs.5 Cr to Rs.10 Cr each to bring down the government. He needs at least 80 MLAs to topple the government and he is ready to enhance his toppling budget at short notice, if need be.
Jagan obviously doesn’t want to wait till 2014 and has firmly decided to cash in on the sympathy wave created by a multi-pronged attack by congress leaders on him during the by election campaign.
It is almost certain that Jagan and his mother will win with good majorities in Kadapa and Pulivendula respectively, though the estimates of majority vary.
Jagan is mainly worried that already two MLAs, Badvelu congress MLA Kamalamma and Banaganepally PRP MLA Katasani Rami Reddy, have slipped out of his fold after being very loyal to him from the very beginning. Rami Reddy openly attacked Jagan for being dictatorial and taking unilateral decisions in the party.

That some more MLAs including Srikanth Reddy and Amarnath Reddy are on their way out of Jagan fold is an irritating development for him. The moreBased on the story of Andhra Jyothy

His immediate plan is to topple the Kiran government by hook or cook and he wants to implement it once the results of by elections are out.
Congress has a strength of 155 MLAs and adding the support of PRP and MIM, its strength stands at 182. Once he starts his game of buying the MLAs, government may be forced to seek a vote of confidence. In that case, he needs a minimum of 35 MLAs to topple the government if the TRS and TDP also vote against the government in a vote of confidence.
If the TDP keeps of voting with its strength of 90 MLAs, Jagan needs a minimum of 80 MLAs to topple Kiran. In case TRS also keeps off voting, Jagan needs the support of 85 MLAs to bring down the government.
In any case, Jagan has kept ready a whopping amount of Rs.500 Cr for this toppling operation but he is also ready to enhance the budget at short notice to any heights depending on the requirement.
