Anakapally congress MP Mr Sabbam Hari, who leaves no stone unturned to exhibit his open loyalty to the YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy, said today he would soon quit his Lok Sabha membership.

Speaking to reporters in Guntur on the occasion of Jagan closing his 48-hour fast which he undertook demanding adequate support price for paddy, Hari said he was still continuing in Congress as he had some responsibilities as an MP. “But I will soon quit Lok Sabha,” he said without mincing his words.

“I don’t seek any favours from anyone but I am continuing my support to Jagan for self respect only,” he said, adding Jagan only can bring back the YSR administration in the state.

Asserting that he was ready to give up any post for the sake of Jagan, Hari said he had not yet seen a leader like Jagan anywhere. “No leader moves like Jagan in the hot sun and such persons only are leaders and I am supporting a leader,” he said. “I am ready to quit my post any time for the sake of Jagan.”

The congress party is in power in the state as well as in the Centre but we don’t find any solution to the farmers’ problems, he said.
