Ahead of the TDP Mahanadu beginning on Friday and a day after the nagging leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy was kicked out of the party, the TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu has a fresh wish. But, no one knows what his fresh wish is. He sure has a wish that is submitted to the Lord Balaji at Chilukuru this morning, for he had visited the no-nonsense temple and made 11 circumbulations (Pradakshinams) and expressed his wish in silence to the Lord.
As the temple doesn’t offer special treatment to VIPs, Naidu mingled with common devotees and offered his 11 circumbulations in devotion and sent his appeal to the all powerful Lord Venkateswara who never rejects his devotees’ wishes.
Generally, devotees offer 11 circumbulations to Lord Balaji in this temple to express their wish and 108 circumbulations are to be offered once the wish is fulfilled. Since he has offered only 11, he must have wished something great.
Is the wish about the success of the Mahanadu? Or is it related to any possible future headache emanating from the suspension of Nagam Janardhan reddy? Or could it be related to the successful entry of his son Lokesh to whom he wants to pass on his political legacy?
