Naidu guiding pro-united AP stir, Nagam says

Naidu guiding pro-united AP stir, Nagam saysSuspended TDP leader Nagam Janardhan reddy alleged that TDP president Chandrababu Naidu was directing the pro-united AP agitation from behind the scenes.

Speaking to media persons in Hyderabad today after facing suspension from the party, Nagam said that Chandrababu enjoyed power for nine years with the support of the Telangana people and leaders but he had now rewarded them by suspending him from the party and supporting the united Andhra agitation.

Nagam said he had supported the cause of Telangana but that was not anti-party activity. “TDP has suspended me from the party but that is a loss for the party only, not to me,” he said posing that he would lose nothing because of the suspension.

“No leader would have political survival if anti-Telangana stance is taken,” he said, adding he has no objection if the party recommends for his disqualification from the assembly. “I will go to the people.”
