The Telangana political JAC today decided to intensify the agitation from July 10 in order to put pressure on the Centre and the Congress party to declare the Telangana state.
The JAC took this decision at its meeting in Hyderabad to discuss the third phase of the agitation for achieving the Telangana state. The meeting, presided over by the JAC chairman Prof. Kodanda Ram, was attended among others by the TRS president K. Chandrasekhara Rao and leaders of several unions of employees, workers, doctors and lawyers of the T region.
The meeting also decided to conduct another Million March in July and bring pressure on the state and central governments.
