In a bid to revitalize the congress party in AP, PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana will rejig the state congress executive committee shortly.

Botsa will also take up the tour of several districts every fortnight in a month and his first visit will start with Vijayanagaram district from June 18. Botsa discussed the steps with his PCC vice presidents, general secretaries and secretaries in the Party headquarters at Gandhi Bhavan on Sunday and sought their suggestions on strengthening the party.

The PCC chief has decided to spend time in the Gandhi Bhavan and interact with party leaders and activists when he is not on tour of the districts. The office bearers requested Botsa to ensure that ministers, chief minister and other leaders holding governmental positions would regularly visit the party headquarters at frequent intervals for interaction with party activists.

Botsa instructed the party officials to upgrade and increase the number of computers along with other technical equipment in the Gandhi Bhavan so that he can hold video conferences with the district party leaders at times.
