In a major development concerning the Satya Sai Central Trust, the Ananthapuram district police today asked Mr RJ Ratnakar, the trust member and nephew of the late spiritual master Sai Baba to disclose his properties on or before Saturday.
Speaking to media persons after attending an inquiry at the Penugonda DSP office, Ratnakar said police directed him to declare his assets before Saturday and he was ready to do that.
Asserting that he is ready to respond to the legal notices issued to him, he asked the Sai devotees and the people not to believe rumours about the Sai trust members. “We will soon clear all the doubts being raised,” he said, adding that law will take its own course.
