The Telangana political JAC convener Prof. Kodanda Ram Reddy today rejected the appeal of the Legislative Affairs Minister Mr Sridhar Babu to postpone the all people’s strike (Sakala Janula Samme) proposed to be commenced from September 6.
Speaking at a press meet in Hyderabad, Mr Kodanda Ram said there is no question of postponing the proposed strike. “It is unfair on the part of the Minister to make such an appeal and ask us to postpone the strike,” he said expressing his unhappiness at the minister. “The strike will commence as planned earlier from September 6.”
“The programme of agitation will be prepared in such a way to facilitate the formation of the Telangana state in this year only,” he said.
