Congress calls state admin to Delhi Guv CM Dy CM reachedThe Sakalu Janula Samme demanding the separate statehood for Telangana reached the twenty sixth day, the State Transport Corporation protest has reached the twentieth day. All works at the government offices are pending with the state administration continued to remain largely paralysed in the region with over 4 lakh government employees stayed away from offices. Thousands of teachers, lawyers and doctors have already pledged their allegiance to the strike.

All schools and colleges have been closed since mid of September. This is one place in the country where students are getting fed up with the number of holidays. They are yearning to go back. The managements plan to open up by October 10, but much depends on the Telangana leaders.

Congress high command has summoned the top brass of the administration to the capital to dicuss on the issue. The Governor Narasimhan had reached the capital yesterday and the Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy along with the Deputy Chief Minister Damodhar Rajanarasimha and former PCC chief D Srinivas have reached Delhi this morning. The outcome is expected to be announced after the seniors brief the situation in the state to the high command, during the course of the day.

People whether Telangana or not are vexed with the ongoing agitation which has affected the day to day survival and poses a big problem in all ways. Sooner or later the government must take the right steps to control this plundering of the common man who is left at the mercy of every hawker, right from transports to edibles. If not then revolution is bound to start from the angry common man and that will be beyond control.
