TRS predominant K Chandrasekhar Rao daughter K.Kavita,who received a green signal from the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday to go ahead with her plans for celebrating Batukamma festival on the Tank Bund in Hyderabad on October 4, between 4pm and 8pm.

Kavita, who is in the prominence of the Telangana movement with her Telangana Jagriti Samithi, approached the high court challenging the decision of the Hyderabad police, not to permit her to celebrate Batukamma festival on the Tank Bund.

As Justice Ramesh Rangananthan, while dictating assured conditions, gave her the go-ahead to carrying on the programme for a few hours.
