KCR & Co leaves for Delhi to bring T state

KCRwithteamTRS Chief Mr KCR, accompanied by some of his party leaders, left Hyderabad for Delhi this evening to hold consultations on Telangana with top central leaders.

KCR and his team will meet finance minister and a key figure in the congress establishment, Mr Pranab Mukherjee, Home Minister Chidambaram, in charge of AP Congress affairs Mr Ghulam Nabi Azad and Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.

An appointment was also fixed for their meeting with top BJP leader Ms. Sushma Swaraj in the next two days.

The KCR team has also sought an appointment with the President Smt Pratibha Patial but so far no appointment was confirmed to them by the Presidential Secretariat.

Meanwhile, KCR told journalists at Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad before leaving for the airport that he would complain to the Central leaders on the moves of the Chief Minister Kirankumar reddy to suppress the T agitation.

“I will request the PM to take a quick decision on Telangana issue,” said a beaming KCR.
