Talks with Mukherjee leave AP ministers disappointed

APMinistersUnion Ministers Pallam Raju and Purandhareswari looked disappointed after their meeting with senior congress leader Mr Pranab Mukherjee on Telangana in Delhi today.

Both of them met Mukherjee and revealed their pro-united AP stand to him in the presence of other senior ministers but were not happy after coming out of their meeting.

Both of them said they had requested Pranab to solve the issue immediately in order to prevent total economic destruction in the state because of the on-going mass general strike. “We don’t know when the issue will be solved. We only asked him to find an immediate solution to the Telangana problem,” they told journalists, adding that only Pranab can tell about the timing of the solution.
