Dismissing the allegations against the former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu made by the YSR Congress president Mr YS Jaganmohan Reddy in the illegal mining case, TDP senior leader Motkupally Narasimhulu counter-alleged that Jagan dragged the name of Naidu purely out of jealousy.
Jagan told media persons after he was questioned by the CBI today that he had requested the CBI to question Chandrababu Naidu also on his role in the illegal mining case. “I asked them to question Chandrababu as they have questioned me,” he told newsmen.
Speaking to reporters at the NTR Trust Bhavan in Hyderabad today, Narasimhulu said Jagan would soon meet the same fate as former telecom minister Raja, DMK MP Ms. Kanimozhi and illegal mining accused Gali Janardhan reddy.
“Jagan said he doesn’t have any sort of relation with Gali Janardhan reddy but soon he will meet Gali in the jail cell,” said Narasimhulu. “The Telugu people came to know how sincere Jagan was when he said soon after the arrest of Gali Janardhan reddy that he was no way connected with Gali,” Narasimhulu said.
