Jagan threatened me at revolver point: Satish

More skeletons are tumbling out of the cupboards of the YSR congress party president Mr YS Jaganmohan reddy with regard to his involvement in illegal mining case registered against Gali Janardhan reddy by the CBI.

After Mr Konda reddy and Mr Sasi Kumar, who gave affidavits to the CBI in the presence of magistrates against Jagan, it is now the turn of Mr Satish, owner of the mining company YM Mahabaleswarappa and Sons mining company to make allegations against Jagan, according to reports published in some newspapers.

Mr Satish gave an affidavit to the CBI alleging that Jagan threatened him with a revolver to give up the lease of iron ore mining or enter into a sub lease agreement with Sajjala Diwarkara reddy owned RR Global, reports say.

He told the CBI that his mines were adjacent to the mines of Obulapuram Mining Corporation and Bellary Iron Ore Pvt ltd owned by Gali Janardhan reddy. He said in his affidavit that Jagan called him to Bangalore and threatened him with dire consequences at revolver point if he didn’t give up the mining lease or enter into a sub lease with RR Global.

“I was forced to enter into a sub-lease agreement with RR Global,” he informed the CBI. The investigating agency also found irregularities in the sub lease agreement between the two.

After this threatening by Jagan, Satish was hospitalized with hypertension and cardiac problems. CBI is now probing the allegations.
