Rajagopal fate to be decided on Monday

The AP high court will deliver its orders on Monday on the petition filed by the CBI challenging the bail granted to Mr Rajagopal, accused number 3 in the illegal mining case involving the former Karnataka minister Mr Gali Janardhan reddy.

The special CBI court of Nampally in Hyderabad granted bail to Rajagopal but suspended it after CBI vehemently argued against it saying that setting him free would be dangerous as he might flee the country and influence the witnesses.

The CBI then challenged the bail in the high court which completed hearing of the arguments from both sides today. The court reserved its orders for Monday.

Meanwhile, representatives of the Chennai based India Cements Ltd today attended before the CBI officials and answered questions in relation to the case registered against YSR congress president YS Jaganmohan reddy for allegedly possessing illegal properties. (JUBS)
