Jagan to be given Red Carpet in Telangana

As a great man said that there is neither permanent friendship nor enmity in politics. This becomes the prevailing truth once again in the state. The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) is all set to welcome YSR Congress President Y S Jaganmohan Reddy when he tours the region in the third week of January. Infact as a trial run they were silent when the Telugu Desam Party President visited some time ago. Slowly the young (Jagan) leader’s popularity seems to be catching up and probably the parties seem to take notice of his indomitable force.

On their change in stance the TRS floor leader Etala Rajender said his party has decided to respect the democratic spirit as far as the other parties are concerned. It is much speculated that the goodwill between the two might well be sailing on high seas till 2014, when elections are due. And if so could forge an alliance to topple the ruling government. It may be noted earlier when Jagan planned to visit the Telangana region, there was persistent protest from pro-Telangana activists and ultimately he had to postpone his mission.

The Odarpu yatra by the YSR Cong leader is scheduled in Telangana in January. In the yatra he might spell some favorable dialect for the state separation and Telangana formation. This could open new avenues for the forger formally. But the events seem to trigger at a rapid pace after Sone Rao, the grandson of Komaram Bheem, an icon of Telangana identity, joined the YSR Congress. With a solid backing of the Adivasis in Telangana, Sonu adds his value to the party.

So keep watching this pace for latest developments in the state.
