The Telangana political JAC leaders of Warangal district today threatened to block the Rytu Poru Bata of the TDP leader Mr Chnadrababu Naidu on Jan 6 in their district.
Addressing journalists in Warangal, the JAC leaders asked Chandrababu to cancel his Yatra in the district or else face the consequences. “You have no right to tour the district as you have not revealed your party’s clear stand on the issue of Telangana,” they told him.
“Make your stand clear on Telangana and then come to our district,” they said, adding that there would be serious repercussions if Naidu went ahead with the tour. “For any untoward incident, the government would be held responsible,” they said.
The JAC leaders also gave a call for district bandh on Jan 6 and resorted to a black flag demonstration this afternoon opposing the tour of Naidu. (JUBS)
