Vijayasai appears before CBI court

One of the accused in Jagan disproportionate case Vijayasai Reddy today appeared before the CBI court in Nampally of Hyderabad. He was with his lawyers in the court for over an hour. According to the sources, Vijayasai Reddy submitted the documents that the court directed him while granting the conditional bail. He has also reportedly handed over his passport to the court.

It may be recalled that Vijayasai Reddy was granted a bail by CBI court the court a few days back. He was arrested by the CBI in connection with Jagan illegal assets case in January and mentioned him as an accused in the charge sheet. Although Vijayasai Reddy argued that he was innocent, CBI said that he acted as an agent to Jagan. Notably, Vijayasai Reddy was the director of Jagan run Jagati Publications.

Meanwhile, CBI earlier said it would move a petition in the court seeking the cancellation of bail granted to Vijayasai. It also tried to move house motion petition, which was denied by the Andhra There’s, however, no information on this so far.
