The Central Bureau of Investigation-which is probing Jagan disproportionate case-has handed over court summons to Kadapa MP Jaganmohan Reddy on Monday. It is known that the court has served summons on Jagan directing him for appearing before the court as an accused appearance on May 28.
It has to be mentioned here that Jagan was in Emiganooru on Monday as a part of his by-election campaign. The CBI sleuths have went to Eminaganooru and handed over summons. When the officials came to handover the summons, Jagan was at a breakfast meeting in MLA Balinagi Reddy’s house.
The CBI team consisting of four persons took the signature of Jaganmohan Reddy and handed over summons. As many as 13 persons are required to appear before the court on May 28 in connection with Jagan disproportionate case. (Phani)
