Jagan case: Court defers hearing on ED's petition

The petition filed by the Enforcement Directorate to enquire Jaganmohan Reddy for alleged illegal money laundering has been deferred by the CBI Court to Wednesday. It is known that Jaganmohan Reddy is currently in Chanchalguda Jail in Hyderabad. He's the prime accused in illegal assets case and he was arrested by CBI and produced before court on  May 28. Jagan was remanded to judicial custody till June 11 and court extended the custody to June 25.

While CBI filed petition for narco analysis test, enforcement directorate plunged into the scene and booked  Jagan under several acts that violate the foreign exchange rules. Therefore, it appeared before CBI Court and filed a petition on June 15. The court posted the hearing on this petition to today and today, it deferred the hearing to Wednesday.
