Senior Congress Leaders V Hanumantha Rao today recalled that the former Chief Minister late Y S Rajashekar Reddy was generous in alloting land to private players, in his sarcastic style. The senior leader also accused that some people hailing from Kadapa and few bureaucrats had plundered Hyderabad.  He added that government lawyers were also supporting some private players.

The senior leader said that a thorough investigation must be conducted from 2002 about the various land deals processed by the government in the city. He also said that a school property in Amberpet locality in the city was alloted to a prominent private player. He demanded that the land must be returned to the school. While threatening that he would take up severe agitation if necessary action is not taken up in this regards.  (With inputs from internet- AW AarKay)
