CBI Joint Director Lakshminarayana's call list is taking a new turn everyday. In a major development, the Andhra Pradesh High Court accepted the petition filed by a person questioning Lakshminarayana's action of purpotedly leaking the information on investigation to two vernacular newschannels. The court has issued notices to Lakshminarayana and asked him to respond on the allegations and file an answer on or before July 9.
The court questioned the counsel of CBI and asked as to why CBI top officials was allegedly commmunicating with media personnel. It may be noted that Lakshminarayana is currently out of the station and the sources said that he is most likely to arrive in Hyderabad before July 9 to file a response.
