Kishan Reddy assures safety to north east people

BJP state president Kishan Reddy has said that the riots, which took place in Assam were not communal clashes, but clashes that out broke between us (Indians) and infiltrators. He has said that people from north eastern states residing in Andhra Pradesh need not worry on anything. Reacting on public leaving for native states, Kishan Reddy has said that it was unfortunate that so many people believed in rumours and left the city. He demanded the government to set up a high level inquiry on this.

Meanwhile, AICC secretary Sudhakar has said that prime minister Manmohan Singh was reviewing the incident, which took place in Assam. He has said that this problem would be solved on a priority basis. He has also said that Assam was calm and peaceful. He even got astonished that so many people left for Assam over rumours.
