The Supreme Court has set a deadline to the six ministers (during YSR regime) and IAS officers who were responsible for issuing 26 Government Orders (GO s). The deadline set by the apex court is December 3.  It has to be mentioned here that out of six ministers and eight IAS officials, only IAS Ratna Prabha filed her response. On the other hand one of the six ministers Mopidevi was arrested long back and subsequently he resigned for his minister's post. Therefore, state government is providing legal aid to just five ministers.

The six ministers who got the notices from Supreme Court are:

• Sabita Indra Reddy

• Dharmana Prasada Rao

• Kanna Lakshminarayana

• Mopidevi Venkataramana

• Ponnala Lakshmaiah

• Geeta Reddy

Meanwhile, a lawyers from Nellore district filed a petition in the apex court asking for a probe into 26 controversial GO s. It has to be mentioned here that these controversial GO s apparently favoured YSRC chief Jaganmohan Reddy.
