Congress MP Chiranjeevi has left for Vijayawada to seek the blessings of Goddess Durga Devi at Indrakeeladri temple. In a chartered flight, Chiranjeevi left Hyderabad this evening and arrived at Gannavaram airport where he was received grandly by local Congress leaders. From airport, Chiranjeevi left for Indrakeeladri temple by road in a special vehicle.  It may be noted that today is Maharnavami, which is the last night of Durga navratri since tomorrow is auspicious day-Vijayadashami (one of the major festivals of those who follow sanatana dharma).

Chiranjeevi would seek blessings after which he's expected to return to Hyderabad. Since, this tour was mainly dedicated for having glimpse of Goddess, Chiru is most likely to refrain himself from discussing the party matters.
